In January 2005 we moved from New Zealand to purchase and run our new business Melanesian Tours. Melanesian Tours has been operating in Port Vila Vanuatu for around 8 years. With 30 years experience in running businesses, we looked for an opportunity to work in a business that has developed a good reputation for quality and service, yet has the opportunity to develop further while providing a more enjoyable lifestyle.

Port Vila is a small town in a wonderful country full of friendly people who love to show their country to Tourists and Visitors here on business. There are many resorts to stay in and Melanesian Tours is contracted to provide our special VIP service to 4 beautiful boutique resorts, a holiday home and one large resort. We also provide our VIP services for weddings visiting dignitaries and special private function.

Our friendly courteous and helpful staff have been carefully selected and trained to ensure that everyone (including ourselves) enjoys our time together regardless of the reason for visiting this wonderful country. Like us you will get to enjoy the friendliness of the people and enjoyment of life here.

Our aim is to continue to enjoy our life style and see our guest's leave here always wanting to return. Many people return 3 or 4 times for holidays and often buy property here, as they enjoy the relaxed and friendly lifestyle of Vanuatu.
